The purpose of this article is to inform the reader about the various methods one may adopt to get in shape from the comfort of his home. The reality is that there are a plethora of exercises one could perform without dumbbells or equipment found at the gym. These exercises are effective if performed well and could help you on your journey to gain muscle or lose weight. Most individuals who regularly went to the gym likely had to resort to home workouts during the Covid-19 pandemic, myself included. My home workouts were enhanced due to the fact that I own a set of 5kg and 10kg dumbbells, which meant that I had the opportunity to incorporate various exercises into my workouts. That said, it is possible to effectively workout from home without using dumbbells, instead utilising your body weight.
