Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. These may include:
• Genuine medical issues that prevent participation (with documentation)
• Technical issues that prevented delivery of services

To request a refund, contact contact@thepremiumfit.com within 14 days of purchase with evidence supporting your request.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued solely because of a lack of progress or change of mind.
