Unlocking Your True Desire for Success: How Much Do You Really Want to Achieve Your Goals?

How much do you truly want it? Be honest with yourself. Think about it and come up with an honest answer. Is it something that you cannot live without, something that haunts you to take action. Is your desire to start keeping you up at night, or is this the newest flavour of the month? Ask yourself these questions before committing to a new venture in life. Evaluate whether you truly want it enough, and whether your life will improve one you achieve your goal. This applies to anything, not just fitness. However, it is especially applicable to fitness. Many people treat fitness as the new flavour of the month. They feel a surge of motivation to take action and may proclaim that they will start working out next week. Usually they fail to go ahead with their plans, or if they do, they quit as soon as they lack motivation. If you truly want to change your life for the better, build a great physique and feel strong, you need to know that most of the time, you will not be motivated. In fact, most workouts will feel boring and difficult. You must be able to become comfortable in uncomfortable situations, and the gym is an uncomfortable environment which challenges you to become the best version of yourself.
