Bodybuilders are walking, talking food machines. They eat several times per day in a vicious, endless cycle of chicken and broccoli. These are obviously not the only foods which promote bodybuilding. Most bodybuilders regularly consume protein-rich foods, accompanied by some carbohydrates for additional energy. As explored in other articles, there is a wide range of foods one may consume to witness the desired results. This applies both to individuals aiming to increase their muscle development and growth, and others attempting to lose weight. However, it is unlikely that most associate dark chocolate with bodybuilding. In fact, consuming chocolate is widely regarded as an unhealthy habit, and rightly so. Consuming chocolate is not an ideal habit for those seeking to lose weight. However, eating a moderate portion of dark chocolate has several benefits if your goal is to gain muscle.
