Strength training is extremely beneficial. It will instantly improve your focus, mental clarity and efficiency while also contributing to a better physical appearance over time. However, the benefits of strength training are much deeper than you might think. In essence, regular training (be it in the gym, riding a bike, going for a swim or going for a jog) will improve your quality of life and you will feel more confident and healthier. It is highly recommended that you work out two to three times a week and incorporate exercises which target each muscle group, while performing around 150 minutes of cardio each week (such as going for a walk).
