Exploring the Role of Masculinity in the World of Fitness: A Deeper Look at the Relationship Between Working Out and Manliness

I started training seriously in 2019, during the first year of my law course. I had no idea what I was doing at the time. The gym can be a chaotic place for beginners, I did not know whether to stick or twist. I would train my upper body during every workout, and half-heartedly attempt a leg workout once every two weeks. Its not that I did not aspire to build muscle and obtain a great physique, it was more a question of not knowing where to start. I was a shy, skinny teenager without a mentor, who trained regularly and just hoped that the results would come. In 2022, I hired a personal trainer who would provide me with workout and meal plans which would help me in my pursuit of muscle growth. After a few months of training hard and eating specific foods, the results were clear for all to see. I began transforming physically and mentally, achieving muscle growth and growing in confidence as a result. I am still on this journey to this day, trying to continuously improve and get better. I could not have achieved so much in such a short period of time without my personal trainer.
