Gaining Confidence through Training

What is confidence? The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines confidence as ‘a feeling or consciousness of one’s powers or of reliance of one’s circumstances.’ Personally, I feel that confidence is what makes a person feel comfortable in his own skin. Exercise, whatever that entails, has been the main source of confidence for me during the past few years. Whether that be going for a run or lifting weights, nothing beats the satisfaction one feels after completing a workout.
